Hiring Process: Our recruiters review a large number of applications to identify candidates with qualifications that meet the criteria outlined in the job posting. The recruiter will forward the curricula vitae of the most qualified candidates to the HR manager, who selects the candidates to be interviewed. Selected candidates will be invited for interview, which will be conducted face-to-face. Depending on the type of job and the department, you may have an interview with one or several individuals. In some cases, additional interviews will be scheduled in order to make a final decision.
If you’re not selected, you will be notified and your profile will be safe in our database for future opportunities. If you are selected, you will be notified with an offer letter or contract for employment, which will include salary, benefits and our pre-employment process. Once you accept the offer or contract, the recruiter will work with you to determine your start date.
